| Burns and Roe Enterprises, Inc. has announced that David Belak has joined the organization as Vice President of Business Development, Federal Division. In this role, Mr. Belak will manage and direct marketing and business development activities for the Division. The Federal Division provides engineering and construction support services at several federal facility sites throughout the United States.
Mr. Belak has over 20 years experience in marketing and sales, specifically in the Department of Energy and Federal program marketplace. His variety of experience includes managing his own consulting practice, Vice President Program Development for Aspen Systems, Senior Director of ACS Government Services, Director of Capture Management for Honeywell, and Director Marketing and Sales at BDM. Mr. Belak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA degree from Xavier University.
