Mr. Kinzer has over 40 years experience in the nuclear engineering industry. He has executive level and project management experience in managing and restructuring large government and industry programs with a strong emphasis on safety for engineering, construction, manufacturing, environmental remediation, process and equipment installation, validation and certification. His experience includes marketing, coordination, presentations, and personal interface with community leaders, state and local governments, Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy, Office of Management and Budget, members of Congress and committee staffs. He has a BS, Mechanical Engineering, MS Nuclear Physics and Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Nuclear Society (past Power Division Chair).
