Mr. Rubin’s 35 years’ experience began with the company in 1973. During the ensuing years he was promoted several times to levels of increasing responsibility and in 1998 he became Assistant Chief Electrical Engineer. He has progressed through engineering fields of ever-greater complexity, with experience in nuclear and fossil-fueled power plants, switchyards and substations, resource recovery and cogeneration facilities, and commercial and industrial facilities. Mr. Rubin earned both his Masters in Management Science and his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and 14 other states.
