| The United States Air Force Reserve Command has selected Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) and Burns and Roe Services Corporation (Burns and Roe) for the Base Operations and Support Services Contract at the General Mitchell Air Reserve Station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Burns and Roe will be a subcontractor to PMI. This $30 million fixed price contract will run from April 1, 2005 until March 31, 2006 with nine 1-year options. Burns and Roe will be performing real property maintenance and services.
